Description
Joint mobility is the range of motion of our joints (shoulders, hips, knees, etc.). Joints are like gears that connect different parts of the body and their functions, and are therefore responsible for the proper functioning of the body.
Performing joint mobility exercises contributes to the prevention of possible injuries, the improvement of muscle recovery, and the ability to maintain independence in
everyday movements and strength training.
Joint mobility is a dynamic activity aimed at people of any age range, because through relaxed movement and body awareness, it is able to provide an improvement in the quality of life from a holistic level: physical, mental and emotional.
Goals
- Improve joint range of motion.
- Improve postural health.
