Description
Rugby is a team sport played by two sides, acting according to established rules and with sportsmanship. By carrying or passing an oval ball, they try to score as many points as possible while preventing the opposing team from scoring. The ball is passed sideways or backward, but always while moving forward.
Goals
- Become familiar with rugby.
- Learn the basic techniques, tactics, and strategies of rugby.
- Learning to pass and receive the ball, to tackle, to fall, to run, etc.
- Know the rules of rugby.
- Improve physical capabilities and motor skills.
