Description
“Dancefitness” is a choreographed activity comprised of two parts: the first part involves medium- to high-intensity aerobic exercise through dance, with choreography set to music that changes weekly, resulting in a varied workout with high calorie expenditure. The second part complements this activity with diverse toning exercises (abs, glutes, arms, etc.) and concludes with a short stretching and relaxation session.
Unlike other dance-based activities, Dancefitness is a more comprehensive workout that combines dance, fun, and targeted muscle training. All of this is set to a musical rhythm ranging from Latin to African, Arabic, and other world music. It's ideal for anyone who wants to have fun and get a high-intensity workout.
