· Group 1: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:30 pm.
· Group 2: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
· Group 3: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:45 to 9:45 am

Description
Lack of exercise, incorrect movement patterns, poor posture, and stressful situations all affect our daily lives and our physical well-being. In this activity, we will perform corrective exercises, working on muscle toning and postural control through muscle contraction, and focusing on breath control and relaxation.
Goals
- Develop postural control by promoting the alignment of the vertebrae.
- Correcting postural habits to prevent injuries and strengthen the spine.
- Enhance muscle tone by facilitating contraction.
- Improve muscle elongation.
- Mastering breathing by achieving self-control in movements.
- Promote relaxation and release of tension (body-mind balance).
- Improve proprioception.
