Warehouse 2. Surface area: 15 m2. Intended to house equipment for simulation rooms.
Assembly hall: Capacity for 100 students. Area: 126 m2. Versatile for formal events and as a lecture hall. Equipment: Storage space for audiovisual equipment. Coat rack. Whiteboard. Computer. Projector. Screen. Wi-Fi zone. Audio system. Wireless microphone. Restroom. Public address system.
Library and study rooms. The EUENSC has its own library, located on the ground floor. It has over 3,000 volumes and subscriptions to 5 nursing journals. Internet access is available via Wi-Fi. The study room has 20 workstations. Opening hours: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Computer rooms. It also has two computer rooms.
- Computer Room 1. Surface area: 14 m2, equipped with 10 personal computers, attached to the Library, and has an internet connection.
- Computer Room 2. Area: 30 m2, shared with the Nuestra Señora de Candelaria Hospital. It is equipped with 15 personal computers with internet connection.
Demonstration Room 4. Capacity for 20 students. Area: 30 m2. It is equipped with simulation material in accordance with the latest trends in skills assessment.
File 2 (Grade). Area: 10 m2. Intended to house documentation related to the Nursing degree.
File 3 (ATS/DUE). Area: 18 m2. Intended to house historical documentation of the educational center.

Student lounge: It can accommodate up to 20 students and includes a meeting table. It is equipped with appliances.
Changing rooms
Changing Room 3 (male). It has 75 lockers, showers and a toilet, as well as space for changing clothes.
Changing Room 1 (women's). It has 75 lockers, showers and a toilet, as well as space for changing clothes.
Changing Room 2 (women's). It has 75 lockers, showers and a toilet, as well as space for changing clothes.
Assembly hall (Traumatology and Rehabilitation building - Hospital Nuestra Señora de Candelaria). Shared space with the Hospital, it has a capacity for 120 people.
Cleaning and Security Service. The EUENSC has cleaning and security services, all of which are contracted by the Hospital of Our Lady of Candelaria.
