Simulation Room 2. Capacity for 20 students. Area: 30 m²2. It is equipped with simulation materials in accordance with the latest trends in skills assessment.
Simulation Room 3. Capacity for 20 students. Area: 30 m²2. It is equipped with simulation materials in accordance with the latest trends in skills assessment.
Warehouse 2. Area: 15 m2. Intended to house equipment for simulation rooms.
Student lounge (5th floor). Area: 40 m2. It has a capacity for 20 students, with a meeting table. It is equipped with appliances.

Library and study rooms. The EUENSC has its own library, located on the ground floor. It has over 3,000 volumes and subscriptions to 5 nursing journals. Internet access is available via Wi-Fi. The study room has 20 workstations. Opening hours: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Computer rooms. It also has two computer rooms.
- Computer Room 1. Area: 14 m²2, It is equipped with 10 personal computers, attached to the Library, and has an internet connection.
- Computer Room 2. Area: 30 m2, It is shared with the Hospital Nuestra Señora de Candelaria. It is equipped with 15 personal computers with internet access.
Simulation Room 4. Capacity for 10-15 students. Area: 30 m²2. It is equipped with simulation materials in accordance with the latest trends in skills assessment.
File 2 (Grade). Surface area: 10 m²2. Intended to house documentation related to the Nursing degree.
File 3 (ATS/DUE). Area: 18 m²2. Intended to house historical documentation of the educational center.

Classroom 6. Capacity for 30 students. Area: 40 m²2 (support in group dynamics).

Changing rooms
- Changing Room 1 (women's). It has 75 lockers, showers and a toilet, as well as space for changing clothes.
- Changing Room 2 (women's). It has 75 lockers, showers and a toilet, as well as space for changing clothes.
- Changing Room 3 (male). It has 75 lockers, showers and a toilet, as well as space for changing clothes.
Assembly hall (Traumatology and Rehabilitation building - Hospital Nuestra Señora de Candelaria). Shared space with the Hospital, it has a capacity for 120 people.
Cleaning and Security Service. The EUENSC has cleaning and security services, all of which are contracted by the Hospital of Our Lady of Candelaria.
