Interlibrary loan
The Interlibrary Loan service is responsible for providing reproductions or original documents on loan that are not owned by the University Library of La Laguna, from other Spanish and foreign libraries and information centers, in order to facilitate access for users to the documentation they need.
In addition, it supplies documents to libraries or centers that request them.
The Interlibrary Loan Service is aimed at the entire university community: Teaching and Research Staff (PDI), Students, Technical Management and Administration and Services Staff (PTGAS) and people associated with Alumni ULL.

Document Reception
Applications are processed within a maximum of 3 business days. After that, document delivery times vary and depend on the supplying center and postal services. Most journal articles and book chapters are received electronically (PDF format) and accessed via links to a server.
When the Interlibrary Loan Service receives the requested document, it will notify the requesting person by email of its arrival.
Reproductions
The reproduction of the works and their use will be in accordance with current legislation on intellectual property (RDL 1/1996 Intellectual Property Law) and with international agreements.
Inquiries about original works
The materials obtained through this service are exclusively for personal, teaching or research use and their commercial use is not authorized.
Users are responsible for the borrowed material and will be obliged to replace it if it is lost or damaged.

To use the Interlibrary Loan Service, you need to authenticate with your ULL credentials.
New users
People who have already used the service
(*) This stands for PubMed Identifier. It is a unique identifier assigned to each record when it is entered into the PubMed database by the documentalists at the National Library of Medicine. It uniquely identifies each article indexed in the database. If you use this identifier in the Document Retrieval Service request form, the article data will be automatically populated, thus preventing potential typing errors.
