PuntoQ

PuntoQ is the information search portal of the University of La Laguna. It allows users to perform comprehensive searches from a single access point, across all resources available at the ULL, both print and electronic.

Through PuntoQ, anyone can search the databases, journals, and e-books acquired by the University, as well as the catalog containing all the paper documents held in the University Library. Furthermore, by identifying themselves as a member of the ULL, users can access the full text of restricted electronic documents that require payment.

But PuntoQ also contains free resources selected by the Library plus the documents in our catalog that are accessible to anyone.

Terms of use of electronic resources

The University of La Laguna Library has subscribed to a license for a number of electronic information resources for academic purposes. Each resource has its own terms of use, which must be reviewed and accepted.
Authorized persons (all members of the university community), in accordance with national and international intellectual property laws, may print, store and copy journal articles, book chapters or partial database records for research, teaching and study purposes, without contradicting the specific conditions of each license.

It is forbidden to: Copying entire issues of journals, electronic books or databases; manipulating or altering any record, document or component of a resource; using the information obtained for commercial or lucrative purposes or for the development of professional activities unrelated to the University, as well as carrying out massive downloads of information.
