Description

Climbing is an activity that consists of climbing, descending or moving laterally using our whole body and mind to be able to move more easily and efficiently on a natural or artificial wall.

Climbing is usually done on previously prepared natural walls, where each person enjoys the possibility of feeling free and continuously expressing their achievements and failures, which, in addition to teaching them to be a better climber, will allow them to get to know themselves better and improve themselves.

We can also find the practice of climbing on artificial walls (indoor and outdoor, as is the case with the monolith at the Sports Service), where it has been practiced competitively for some years and more recently recreationally. Those who climb these walls try to find the exact point of balance to move to another position, with great fluidity in their movements and a fighting spirit against gravity and the uncertainties of the environment.
