Description
When we talk about "Total Training," we're referring to the comprehensive training of our entire body. It's an activity that applies the principle of variability to achieve more efficient improvements in a person's physical condition. Therefore, "Total Training" incorporates various training methods (HIIT, functional training, strength circuits, core stability, etc.) with the goal of achieving optimal muscle performance and increasing a person's ability to function effectively in their physical, social, and professional environments, as well as in a specific sport.
Goals
- Improve physical qualities to transfer them to our specific sport practice or for daily life activities.
- Progress in improving muscle strength in order to perform routine activities more comfortably.
- Improve neural factors, coordination, and agility.
- Prevent and recover from injuries and thus improve the main muscle chains regularly.
