Description
In this Eastern discipline we will practice “Qi Yoga», where we work on the postures (Asanas) of Yoga to act on the body through stretching and the development of strength, Qi (vitality) exercises, synchronizations between breathing and movement, focused on energy points or zones.
The key lies in the dynamism of your movements when diligently and energetically creating and disposing of the posture so that the movement is constantly transforming and innovating, conscious breathing in each phase, and receptive mental attention to what is happening in our body.
Starting with what we can do when starting the tables, we will progressively take it to higher levels.
