Guidance and tutoring for the Bachelor's Degree in Law and the Bachelor's Degree in Labor Relations

Quality Assurance is a fundamental aim of university policy and a cornerstone upon which other essential quality criteria for the verification and accreditation of official degree programs are based, in accordance with the provisions of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). In this context, student guidance and mentoring become key and necessary elements of quality and, as such, have been incorporated into national (ANECA's AUDIT, VERIFICA, and DOCENTIA programs) and regional (Protocol for Monitoring Official Degree Programs) regulations and quality assessment programs.

The importance of guidance and tutorial action for the training of university students is referred to in a wide and diverse set of regulations in different areas: state, regional, and of the ULL itself.

The development of the Guidance and Mentoring Program (POAT) has relied on the work carried out by various agents and bodies within the Faculty, who work in a coordinated manner. The POAT was developed following two main models: academic mentoring and guidance activities. Its implementation takes place at different levels of engagement (classrooms, departmental seminars, faculty offices, etc.). This comprehensive approach to intervention aligns with the guidelines established by the relevant Vice-Rectorate.
