Master's Degree in Human Resources Management

The Master's Degree in Human Resources Management aims to train professionals through technical and managerial specialization in the areas related to human capital management in its many facets: people management in public and private organizations; the design, implementation and evaluation of people management practices; the analysis of human capital management policies; and the formulation and implementation of industrial or labor relations management initiatives. The Master's Degree seeks to improve the competitiveness of its potential students through the content and development of skills necessary for comprehensive training in the area of human resources. Upon completion, students will be able to successfully face the challenges that people management represents today, as well as anticipate future movements.

Aimed at students who are interested in specializing in professional training and development within the framework of organizations and companies, in general, as well as for the area/function of human resources, in particular. In the specific training of management of the human capital of the same, which allows to direct business activity towards the achievement of the company's objectives from a position of clear competitive advantage.
  • The Master's Degree is aimed primarily at graduates in Law, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Economics and Accounting and Finance, but other graduates can access it (RD 1393/2007, Art. 16), preferably those who cover aspects related to the field of labour relations and the labour market. The mandatory or recommended prerequisites of the different subjects of the Master's Degree, contained in its guide

  • Studying human resources enables you to recruit, select and organize the human teams that make up a company. For this reason, it allows you to occupy positions of responsibility in technical and management areas in human resources (HR) departments or consultancies.
