The Master in Human Resources Management is aimed primarily at graduates in Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics and Accounting and Finance, interested in specializing in professional training and development within the framework of organizations and companies in general, as well as for the area/function of human resources in particular.

The Master's degree will also allow access to graduates who meet the requirements of art. 16 of RD 1393/2007, who cover aspects related to the field of labour relations and the labour market and who also have the required level B1 of English.
