Abstract
Two initially contextual facts, the incline of the Tower of Pisa and its restoration in the nineties, are the starting point from which the author makes some considerations on the rhetorical deviations on which the aesthetic function is based (deviations on non-written rules), and questions some myths related to the authorship of such expressive operations and the supposed intention attributed to the empirical author of works of art.
