Legal Basis	GDPR: 6.1.b) Processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.
Purpose	Management of ULL's printed publications
Interested Groups	People who publish through the ULL's Publications Service
Data Categories	Name and surname, DNI/NIF/ID CARD, address, telephone number. Academic and professional data Data relating to the publication
Transfers or Communications	Third parties accessing publications
International Transfers	No international transfer of data is foreseen.
Security Measures	The security measures implemented correspond to those set out in Annex II (Security measures) of Royal Decree 3/2010, of 8 January, which regulates the National Security Scheme in the field of Electronic Administration and which are described in the documents that make up the ULL's Data Protection and Information Security Policy.
Conservation Period	The data will be kept indefinitely for the purpose of the publications.

All names and email addresses provided to the journal shall only be used for the purposes set by the journal and will not be shared with third parties or used for other purposes.
