Master in Communicative Innovation in Organizations

Master in Communicative Innovation in Organizations

Gaining notoriety, maintaining internal cohesion within the organization and the appreciation and loyalty of clients and audiences, and transmitting the corporate or brand reputation necessary in a globalized world, totally dominated by social media, requires looking at the paradigm shift that is imposed in the most advanced organizational contexts, and which rethinks the "industrial" scheme of the 20th century to focus on issues such as the detection, promotion and optimization of personal talent, the knowledge and exploration of emotional intelligence and creativity as the next stages of the Information Age, or the mastery of the technical and professional "know-how" that must characterize the leadership of the new dircoms. The Master's Degree in Communicative Innovation in Organizations proposes to address the participatory formulas that this new communication stage urges to develop, and reflects on current experience, combining it with the studies of various entities that have implemented these new ways of working in professional and technical-digital terms. The degree is also intended to provide specialisation in fields related to strategic management of communication, whether public, political or business, and also to offer updated content to those who already have previous experience and wish to delve deeper into the subject.
