Master's Degree in Communicative Innovation in Organizations

Justification of the title

The Master's Degree in Communication Innovation in Organisations aims to address the various participatory formulas that this new communication era calls for, and reflects on existing academic experience, combining it with case studies of various public and private entities that have implemented these new ways of working in professional and technical-digital terms. The degree is also intended to specialise in fields related to the strategic management of communication, both public and in business, and also to offer updated content to those who already have previous experience and wish to delve deeper into the subject.

These contents, organized in theoretical and practical modules with well-defined subjects, are projected on the need to strengthen all communication mechanisms, in terms of competence and effectiveness, making the communication structures that exist in private companies and in different public institutions, as well as those that take place in society itself, the object of analysis, ultimately impacting on the understanding of both and on the construction of a quality community life.

With the present Master's Degree in Communicative Innovation in Organisations, the School of Doctoral and Postgraduate Studies of the University of La Laguna aims to respond to the demands detected, after a series of studies carried out throughout the academic year 2014/2015, and part of 2015/2016, in the academic and research fields of the Canary Islands and in external environments directly related to them (Latin America and nearby African countries), by the Technical Commission of the Department and the Faculty of the aforementioned University, chaired by Dr. Carmen Rodríguez Wangüemert.
