The verbal lexeme ἀποδίδωμι. Lexical meaning and diverse definitions
Abstract
Taking as a model the verbal lexeme ἀποδίδωμι in the New Testament, this article shows the principal steps in the Semantic Analysis Method of the GASCO Research Team, from Universities of Cordoba and La Laguna (Tenerife), as applied to the writing of the entries with different meanings or «sememes» in the New Testament Greek-Spanish Dictionary. Special attention is paid to the influence of the context to determine the meaning of a given lexeme in order to build its corresponding definition.
