Members of the Editorial Board and the reviewers will withdraw in the event of a conflict of interest regarding the author or the content of the manuscript under review. All conflicts of interest between the authors, reviewers, and members of the Editorial Board will be avoided.

Editors and reviewers will renounce decision-making when:

• There is a direct relationship between an author and a reviewer.
• Reviewers and authors have recently engaged in significant close professional collaboration.
• An editor or reviewer has collaborated on the work submitted.
• The editor or reviewer have a personal stake in a company with interests in the proposal.
• The editor or reviewer consider that they cannot be objective, whether for personal or other reasons
