Claims and Complaints
The Revista de Filología de la Universidad de La Laguna will respond and resolve, promptly and constructively, any claims and complaints that are raised. The editorial team will study each case in order to make the appropriate decisions, which will follow the principles established by the Committee on Publication Ethics.
Claims and complaints should be submitted through the journal's e-mail address (rfull@ull.edu.es). They should be formulated in a clear and concise manner, and the possible neglect of the journal to comply with any of the aspects established in its ethical statement should be documented. The stipulated claim period will not exceed 30 business days, although, according to each particular case, it may be extended, of which the claimant will be promptly informed.
The journal will not attend complaints or claims concerning authors, editors, reviewers or the editorial team of the journal. Furthermore, the journal reserves the right to decline resolving any complaints and claims that are raised in an offensive, threatening or defamatory manner.
