Clepsydra is firmly concerned with gender equality policies on any social level. As a consequence,

• Membership is mostly women in our Editorial Committee and Scientific Committee.
• Our editorial policy is clearly focused on promoting critical analysis on gender inequality and discrimination in either social-cultural and scientific practice.
• We seek to ensure the use of gender-inclusive language for any sex/gender individual (see  Gender-Inclusive Language Policy , UN).
