Title description
Acquire the theoretical foundations necessary to analyze the functioning of agroecosystems from a holistic and transdisciplinary perspective, as well as learn agricultural and livestock production techniques based on agroecology. Provide training to evaluate the organic agri-food chain from production and processing to marketing, distribution, and consumption. Provide professional training to undertake and manage projects within the framework of food sovereignty, urban ecology, and rural development cooperation. Provide training to perform research and advisory work on farms and companies in the organic farming and livestock sector, as well as in rural development cooperation.
