Extraordinary registration

Extraordinary enrollment is the type of enrollment that allows students to take various subjects within an official degree program for reasons of personal interest.

To qualify for extraordinary enrollment, you must meet the admission requirements for official undergraduate university studies.

Only a maximum of 30 credits per study plan may be taken in this modality.

Extraordinary registration will not be granted in those official Bachelor's degrees in which the student has formalized ordinary enrollment in the same academic year, nor in those subjects in which the student had previously formalized ordinary enrollment.

Extraordinary enrollment will be authorized by the deans' offices and school directors, who will process applications based on availability in the requested subjects.

Subjects passed through extraordinary registration cannot be used for credit recognition in a degree other than the one to which the subjects belong.

Students will have the right to academic certification for the subjects passed.

To complete the extraordinary enrollment, students must submit through electronic headquarters of the September 10-16, 2025 or of the February 9-11, 2026 an application, addressed to the person responsible for the center where the subjects you intend to take are taught, accompanied by documentation proving that you meet the access requirements.

Applications for extraordinary enrollment will be granted if, once the enrollment period has ended, there are vacancies in the requested subjects.

The center must notify the interested party of the decision via the electronic site before:

Ordinary call: September 23, 2025.

Extraordinary call: February 19, 2026.

Admitted students will have five business days from notification of the resolution to enroll.
