Transfer of file

Requirements

  • Having completed the EBAU, PAU or PAM 25 at the University of La Laguna
  • Not having previously formalized the transfer of the file to another University
  • Not having started studies at the University of La Laguna.
  • Prior acceptance from the University where you will begin your studies.

Where do I request a file transfer?

Through the electronic headquarters of the ULL, in the procedure enabled for this purpose

IMPORTANT: In order to carry out the transfer it is necessary to have user and passwordStudents who took the EBAU or the senior exams at the ULL must use the username and password provided to them during the exam. Other applicants must request their username and password through the following link: Username and password request

Documentation to be submitted
  • Large Family Title, if applicable.
  • Disability certificate issued by the relevant public body, if applicable.
  • Proof of other fee-exempt situations in accordance with current regulations (victims of gender-based violence, victims of terrorism, etc.), if applicable.
  • Letter of admission or formalized enrollment from the University where you wish to pursue university studies.

Procedure

Once the student submits the required documentation through the online procedure, the University Entrance Examinations Office will generate a payment slip so the student can pay the fees at the corresponding bank. The payment slip will be available in their electronic file.

Una vez abonadas las tasas de traslado el estudiante aportará el justificante de pago a su expediente electrónico. El estudiante deberá presentar en la universidad en la que desea comenzar o continuar sus estudios universitarios la carta de pago, junto con el recibo de abono de las tasas, como justificante de haber realizado la solicitud de traslado de expediente de la prueba de acceso.

The transfer of the file will be sent directly to the destination University.

File transfer fees

Decree 177/2022, of August 3, establishing and regulating public prices for the provision of academic and administrative services of the public universities of the Canary Islands for the 2022-2023 academic year.

The amount to be paid will depend on the following cases:

  • Ordinary – €26.24
  • General large family – €13.12
  • Special large families, recognized disabilities greater than 33%, victims of gender violence and victims of terrorism – Exempt.

PAYMENT METHODS:

1.- Through the ULL website http://www.ull.es/pagos.

2.- CAJASIETE: Automated teller machines;

3.- CAIXA: a) ATMs; b) The CaixaBank "payments" app; c) In branches from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.

4.- BANCO SANTANDER: At all branches during business hours
