Tutorial for submitting a transfer request to the Electronic Office
IMPORTANT: In order to carry out the transfer it is necessary to have user and passwordStudents who took the EBAU or the senior exams at the ULL must use the username and password provided to them during the exam. Other applicants must request their username and password through the following link: Username and password request
Once the student submits the required documentation through the online procedure, the University Entrance Examinations Office will generate a payment slip so the student can pay the fees at the corresponding bank. The payment slip will be available in their electronic file.
Once the transfer fees have been paid, the student will upload the payment receipt to their electronic file. The student must then present the payment letter, along with the receipt, to the university where they wish to begin or continue their studies as proof of having submitted the application to transfer their university entrance exam record.
The transfer of the file will be sent directly to the destination University.
The amount to be paid will depend on the following cases:

2.- CAJASIETE: Automated teller machines;
3.- CAIXA: a) ATMs; b) The CaixaBank "payments" app; c) In branches from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
4.- BANCO SANTANDER: At all branches during business hours
