Rating improvement

IMPORTANT: Students who took the University Entrance Exam (PAU) at the ULL in the ordinary session of June 2026, whether they passed or not, and wish to take the July 2026 session, do not need to submit this application. They must contact their secondary school/college to register for the exam. PAU.

They may request to repeat the entrance exam in order to improve their grade:

  • Students who surpassed the PAU/EBAU in the 2024-25 academic year or earlier at the University of La Laguna or any other in the national territory.
  • Students who have completed a Higher Level Vocational Training Cycle in the 2024-25 academic year or earlier.
  • Students of foreign teachings carried out in member states of the European Union, or with a reciprocity agreement in the matter, that have obtained the accreditation issued by the UNED.

Deadline and place for submitting applications

  • Call June ordinary session of 2026From 10:00 a.m. on April 27th until 2:00 p.m. on May 8th, 20206.
  • Call for extraordinary July 2026: from 10:00 on June 17th until 14:00 on June 19th, 2026.

General documentation

Students who do not have a DNI or NIE must present a copy of their validly issued passport or equivalent identity card.

Academic documentation

1. Baccalaureate students who passed the PAU at the ULL in previous courses.

  • No documentation is required.

 2. Higher Level Vocational Training student from previous courses from the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

  • Certificate of qualifications from the Higher Level Vocational Training Cycle, which shows the average grade for the cycle.

3. Baccalaureate students with PAU passed at another university or of Higher Vocational Training from other provinces in previous courses.

  • The report card from the previously passed university entrance exam.
  • The certificate of grades in the case of students of the Higher Level Vocational Training Cycle, which states the average grade for the cycle.
  • The UNED credential, if applicable (Students of foreign education carried out in non-community countries or without a reciprocity agreement in the subject, must also have passed the four subjects of the General Phase of the EBAU at the UNED)
  • Certificate of registration and the school assignment document. You must request the school assignment from the Secondary Education Inspectorate, through the Electronic General Registry of the Government of the Canary Islands: https://sede.gobiernodecanarias.org/sede/rge.In this application you must indicate:
    • Name and surname.
    • Address.
    • Telephone and email.
    • Attach a copy of your ID
    • Attach a copy of your previously completed high school academic certificate or EBAU/PAU credential.

IMPORTANTThe estimation of the application does not imply in itself the registration in the PAU, Therefore, once the application has been successfully submitted through the ULL website, the student will receive an email indicating how to proceed with the PAU registration process. See the procedure and location for registration for the PAU.
