Reporting Channel of the University of La Laguna

Through this complaint channel of the University of La Laguna, any person

1) who has knowledge of facts or circumstances that could constitute a conflict of interest, fraud, corruption or irregularity in relation to projects or operations financed in whole or in part with funds from the European Union within the framework of the ULL.

2) whoever becomes aware of any fact or any action or omission that could constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense may bring it to the attention of the competent bodies of the University of La Laguna so that the corresponding procedures may be initiated and the necessary measures adopted as a result thereof.

Any claim or complaint other than those mentioned above must be submitted through the procedures provided for this purpose on the University of La Laguna's website.

The reporting channel respects the principles of confidentiality, data protection, and the secrecy of communications.

When submitting the information, you may provide an address, email address, or secure location for the purpose of receiving notifications, and you may also expressly opt out of receiving any communications regarding actions taken as a result of the information.

However, if you prefer, the system will allow you to submit and subsequently process anonymous communications.

The confidentiality of the identity of the informant and any third party mentioned in the communication, as well as the actions carried out in the management and processing of the communication, will always be guaranteed, especially the protection of personal data, preventing any access by unauthorized personnel.
