Grades 25-26 > Pablo Pais

Pablo Pais

Passionate about technology from a young age, Pablo always knew his future would be linked to computers. What he didn't imagine was that this passion would eventually help improve real lives.
When he arrived at the University of La Laguna to study Computer Engineering, he did so with the enthusiasm of someone starting something big, although he didn't yet know where this path would take him. What he found was more than just a technical education: A community, an opportunity, and the drive to transform ideas into real solutions.

A vocation that is born with a click

For Pablo, computers weren't just tools; they were windows to a world waiting to be discovered. The curiosity that had driven him since childhood transformed, over time, into a need to create, to innovate, to contribute.

Learn, share, grow

During her time at university, she not only developed technical skills, but also the confidence that she could use her knowledge to make a difference. With each class, with each project, she built a clearer vision of her purpose.

A video game to heal

Her most significant project came at the end of her degree. In collaboration with the University Hospital of the Canary Islands, she developed a virtual reality video game with exercises designed to help stroke patients regain mobility in their hands.

Pablo is just one of many students who are using what they've learned to change their environment. And this, for him, is just the beginning.
