The Scholarship Office at the University of La Laguna manages all administrative tasks related to the Ministry of Education's scholarship programs. Its aim is to be an efficient and effective service, addressing economic, social, and disability-related limitations that hinder students' access to education. The office also promotes practical training, national and international mobility, and professional development, ultimately serving as a tool to ensure equality and equal opportunity for all university students.

Services offered to the user

  • Management and administrative processing of scholarships.
  • Resources available to the user: computer equipment, so that students can resolve any doubts that may arise when completing scholarship applications, to check the processing status, to request an appointment, as well as electronic readers for those procedures that require it.
  • Appointment: Users can request an appointment online to receive personalized, in-person service on the day and time that best suits them, and ask questions or receive advice about any of our scholarships.
  • Support and Information: We provide in-person, telephone, written, and online (email and social media) support and guidance to users regarding the application process for SICUE-SENECA scholarships or mobility programs, including application, acceptance, and appeal deadlines. We also periodically send out newsletters with information on scholarships, grants, subsidies, and awards that may be of interest to users, via email and by publishing them on the scholarships section of the website.
