Extraordinary Session

The next extraordinary session of the Governing Council will be held virtually, on martes 9 de diciembre de 2025 a las 09:00h.,in the first call or, if applicable, half an hour later in the second.

Composition

The Governing Council will be composed of the Rector, who will preside over it, the Secretary General and the manager, and fifty members of the university community itself, distributed as follows:

  • Fifteen members appointed by the Rector Among them, at least two will be students and at least two members will be representatives of the administrative and service personnel sector.
  • Fifteen members elected from among the different representatives of the university centers, of which seven will be chosen from among faculties' deans and school directors, seven from among department directors, and one from among the directors of university research institutes.
  • Twenty members elected by the University Senate, of which four will be voted by and among the doctoral staff, four by the non-doctoral and contracted staff, eight by the students, and four by the administrative and service staff.

In addition, three members of the Social Council, who are not members of the university community itself, will be members of the Governing Council.
