The History of Law and Institutions area of the Department of Basic Legal Disciplines of the University of La Laguna organizes the XXVIII "Juan Miquel" Seminar on Comparative Law which will be held in the Board Room of the Faculty of Law on April 23, 24 and 25.
The main objectives of this meeting are to highlight the figure of Juan Miquel as one of the leading scholars of comparative law at the University of La Laguna, to reflect on the influence of continental European law in Asia, and to emphasize the importance of comparative law as a tool for solving legal problems.
