Exhibition: "A different perspective, beyond diagnosis, to recover, grow and live again"«

October 29 - November 13

As a parallel activity to the upcoming ULL Debates: Our Mental Health, scheduled for October 29th at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Information, we will have the opening of this exhibition at 12:30 in the Hall of the aforementioned faculty.

This is a painting exhibition made up of artists, users of the CRPS Santa Cruz / Salamanca, who use this visual language to express their own inner and emotional world, giving voice to the invisible and transforming chaos into beauty.

Thus, the various artistic workshops taught by Jaime García Delgado and José A. Díaz Plasencia are not only a therapeutic space for these users, but also become a place of socialization and personal experimentation, a refuge where they can freely express their fears, desires, thoughts and inner turmoil.

The authors of these paintings tell us, through their works, how painting serves to remind us all that, even on the grayest days, we have the tools in our hands to choose the colors with which we want to rebuild and heal our world, whether as artists or as spectators.

The exhibition will remain open until November 13.
