Registration of newly admitted students

Regular pre-registration period. Academic year 2026-2027

The registration procedure consists of 3 mandatory steps to complete the process:

  • Step 1: Complete the registration on this Portal.
  • Step 2: Provide the documentation necessary, if applicable.
  • Step 3: Pay the registration fee, according to the payment letter issued at the end of the same.
    • You must pay the first installment of your registration, the fees for opening your application and school insurance, if applicable, before 10:00 PM on August 5, 2026Otherwise, you will lose the right to the allocated place and your registration will be cancelled.
    • If you choose the single payment option, you can pay your tuition fee by direct debit or through participating banks, depending on your selection during registration. This will give you a 31% discount on your tuition fee. If you choose to pay in installments, you must set up a direct debit for all six installments, using the same bank account for all payments.
    • To be able to direct debit your registration, you must be the owner or co-owner of the current account you indicated on your registration. Don't forget to provide your direct debit order at this address. link.

IMPORTANTIf you select the provisional scholarship discount from the Ministry of Education, the system will simultaneously verify that you applied for the scholarship. Otherwise, you will not be able to select this discount.

Registration for the 1st allocation list (From 10:00 h on July 13th until 23:59 h on July 15th).

– If the place you have been awarded is for a degree or double degree program chosen as your first choice, you must enroll to avoid losing your place. If you do not, you will be permanently excluded from the regular pre-registration period.

– If the awarded place is for a degree or double degree chosen as second or subsequent preferences DO NOT ENROLL during this period, This will allow you to continue with the pre-registration process. You will not lose the place you were assigned on this first list, and it is possible that, with the publication of the second list of assigned places, your situation may improve with respect to better preferences.

If you enroll in a degree or double degree that you have chosen as your second or subsequent preference, you are automatically giving up the places requested in your best preference and, therefore, you will lose the place you occupied on the waiting lists and will not be able to enroll in those other degrees.

Registration for the 2nd allocation list (From 10:00 a.m. on July 17th until 11:59 p.m. on July 21st)

If you have been offered a place, you can enroll from July 17 to 21, 2026, in the degree program for which you have been offered a place. However, please note the following information:

  • If the place awarded is for a Degree or Double Degree chosen as first preference You must register to avoid losing your place. If you do not do so, you will be definitively excluded from the ordinary pre-registration and enrollment process, and therefore you will lose your place in this degree and in all other degrees.
  • If you have obtained place in a Degree or Double Degree chosen as second or subsequent preferences you will be able to enroll and, in addition, You will maintain your position on the waiting lists of your top preferences. If you decide not to enroll, you will lose the place you have obtained, but you will remain on the waiting lists for your top choices, which continues on July 23 and 24, allocating the vacant places on the waiting list.

Registration for the execution of the waiting list (From 10:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on September 10, 2026)

REMEMBER: Acceptance of the place awarded in the waiting list procedure held on September 9th does not imply enrollment in the assigned degree program. REGISTRATION MODIFICATIONS:
