The data required for the processes associated with the review and challenge of assessment tests will be retained in accordance with the time periods established in the University regulations governing the academic system and student assessment, and, if necessary, until the complete completion of any administrative or judicial proceedings related to said assessment.

Likewise, the University of La Laguna will retain the student's contact information after completing their studies based on its legitimate interest in preserving the university community and including them in events and activities organized there, as well as participating in research projects and employability studies. In any case, the data subject may object to such processing and/or request the deletion of their contact information. 

Data communication
The data may be transferred to other administrations and public bodies for the exercise of their respective powers and compatible with the stated purposes. They may also be communicated to banking institutions for the management of payments and collections, and to public and private bodies pursuant to collaboration agreements or contracts, in accordance with current data protection legislation.
