[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Llega la V edición de Campus América, del 19 al 30 de octubre, un espacio de valoración e impulso de las acciones de internacionalización de la Universidad de La Laguna con el continente americano, este año con Chile como país invitado.

«"Beyond Sustainability: Critical Perspectives and New Agendas Across Continents" is an intensive seminar designed to rethink tourism beyond the traditional discourse of "sustainability." We begin with a critical examination of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and methodological stagnation to explore transformative approaches: ecotourism and regenerative (net-positive) tourism, social and territorial justice, destination circular economy, climate resilience, and responsible data governance/AI. We integrate interdisciplinary frameworks (political economy, digital ethics, climate science) and applied tools: action research, co-design with communities, net impact metrics, and living labs. Aimed at managers, educators, researchers, and public/private stakeholders, the course culminates in practical deliverables: a transition map, a portfolio of scalable pilot projects, and a KPI dashboard to measure real results. Ideal for those who wish to move from "compliance" to transformation with sound judgment, evidence, and purpose.
