Complaints, suggestions and compliments system

The University of La Laguna has a complaints, suggestions, and compliments system that all users can access from the various University Services to submit complaints, suggestions, or compliments regarding the operation of the Service and the services it offers.

To communicate complaints, suggestions or compliments, you can do so preferably through the procedure of Submission of Complaints, Suggestions and Compliments.

This procedure is managed by the Technical and Registry Section of the General Secretariat.

Within a maximum of 30 business days, you will receive a response to your complaint or suggestion.

In addition, complaints, suggestions, and congratulations may be formalized by submitting a written document to the General Registry of the University of La Laguna, addressed to the General Secretariat. The procedure established in Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, will be followed.

Statistics

In 2019, 309 complaints were filed, of which 236 were accepted for processing. A total of 35 suggestions were submitted, of which 29 were processed. Congratulations were issued in 19, of which 1 was rejected because it was a congratulations between students.
