The workshop «"Artistic and sensory expressions surrounding wine"» It is part of the 2026 University Extension Workshops program «"Connect+ Workshops". It will be held in the Chemistry Section of the Faculty of Sciences on Friday, October 2nd, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The overall objective of the workshop is to offer an interdisciplinary, participatory and sensory educational experience around wine, integrating art, culture, science and molecular gastronomy through a workshop balanced between theory and practice.
This workshop is aimed at the general public interested in approaching wine from a sensory, artistic, scientific, and cultural perspective. No prior knowledge of art, oenology, chemistry, molecular gastronomy, or painting techniques is required, as all content will be presented in an introductory and practical manner. The workshop may be particularly appealing to those interested in wine culture, sensory tasting, artistic creation, creative gastronomy, and the connections between art, science, and society.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE AND COMPETENCE: The University of La Laguna, through the Vice-Rectorate for Culture and University Extension, will issue a certificate of attendance to all participants who register for the activity. In addition, those who pass the assessment will receive a certificate of attendance and completion.
