The "Francisco Tomás y Valiente" Cultural Chair, in collaboration with the "Radio Campus" Cultural Classroom, is organizing this seminar which will be held online on May 22, 2026 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The main objective of this talk is to connect the regulatory framework with the reality of artistic creation, providing students and professionals with the necessary legal tools to interact with institutional management in a safe, strategic and effective manner.

Aimed at students of Law, Fine Arts, professionals and anyone interested in the proposed topic.

Speaker: Elena Mateo Morales. Law degree from the University of La Laguna. Doctoral candidate in the Law program at the University of La Laguna. Authorized to teach in the Administrative Law Department at the University of La Laguna.

Academic Director: Luis Javier Capote Pérez. Contracted Professor with a PhD, Department of Basic Legal Disciplines at the University of La Laguna.
