The Cultural Classroom for Scientific Dissemination organizes this seminar which will be held online on April 25, 2026 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

This seminar aims to explain how volcanic activity in wine serves as a sensory descriptor that forms part of the typology of Canarian wines. The speaker will present how their research stems from an analysis of the debate among industry professionals regarding the conceptualization of volcanic wine, leading to sensory tests that explore the sensory characterization of these wines.
