[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Llega la V edición de Campus América, del 19 al 30 de octubre, un espacio de valoración e impulso de las acciones de internacionalización de la Universidad de La Laguna con el continente americano, este año con Chile como país invitado.

The seminar aims to review the value of cultural heritage in the agri-food sector as a mixed category, combining the categories of tangible and intangible cultural assets. Concepts such as oenological heritage refer to something that goes beyond wine consumption, comprising elements that include both
productive practices such as the objects used in them, as well as traditions that, throughout the centuries, have shaped landscapes, societies and cultures.

Through the analysis and discussion of the concept that gives the seminar its title, the aim is also to address the contribution that agri-food heritage can make to achieving goals such as sustainable development and environmental conservation. There will also be time and space for the presentation of initiatives in the field of cultural heritage research, with an international dimension.
