Workshop: Introduction to deductive sensory analysis and regenerative viticulture

July 9

Vallehermoso hosts the University Extension workshop «"Introduction to deductive sensory analysis and regenerative viticulture"», which will be held on July 9, 10 and 11, within the framework of the “La Gomera Campus 2026”.

The aim is to provide participants with the necessary tools to understand and evaluate wine from a deep sensory perspective, while also introducing them to sustainable practices that benefit both the environment and the quality of the final product. Through a hands-on, theoretical methodology, attendees will develop their tasting skills and gain knowledge about how regenerative viticulture influences the sensory characteristics of wine.

The activity is aimed at the general public, with a maximum limit of 30 participants, ensuring a personalized and quality experience.

Academic Director: Jesús Enrique De las Heras Roger. Assistant Professor, Department of Chemical Engineering and Pharmaceutical Technology, University of La Laguna.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE: The University of La Laguna, through the Vice-Rectorate for Culture and University Extension, will issue a certificate of attendance to all those who participate, after prior registration in the activity.
