PRE-REGISTRATION FOR 2025-2026 GRADUATES

What is pre-registration?

Pre-registration is the general procedure for admission to the first year of undergraduate studies. This modality will be carried out in accordance with the criteria and requirements established in the Royal Decree 534/2024, of June 11, regulating the requirements for access to official university undergraduate courses, the basic characteristics of the entrance exam, and the basic regulations for admission procedures (BOE No. 142 of June 12, 2024) and in the Regulations for admission and registration for official undergraduate courses at the University of La Laguna (BOULL No. 99 of December 17, 2024).

Students who wish to begin their studies must meet the following requirements: academic requirements established and carry out pre-registration and registration, according to the procedures and deadlines that are determined.

Username and password

To pre-register you need to have a username and password which, in the case of have passed the entrance exams at the University of La Laguna (PAU and those over 25, 40 and 45 years old) or be enrolled in some official degree at the ULLThey will be the same ones that were provided to you during said procedure. How do I pre-register?

To pre-register, applicants must:

1st. Fill out the application form PRE-REGISTRATION.
2nd. In some cases, PROVIDE CERTAIN DOCUMENTATION.  See link

NOTEULL students who are enrolled in an official Bachelor's degree, or who, having been previously enrolled, have passed at least 6 credits, will enroll directly in that degree during the period established for the rest of the continuing students (from July 23 to 30, 2025).

If you want to apply for a Double Degree, you should keep in mind that a minimum entrance grade is required. Before selecting a Double Degree, check the minimum entrance grade in this link.

June Ordinary Call

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Checking the status of your application is a procedure in which you can verify whether the data used to assess your application is correct. In this procedure, NO PLACES ARE ALLOCATED in the degree or degrees requested. If your application has been rejected or the information is incorrect, you may file an appeal. until 2:00 p.m. on July 9. Before submitting an appeal, please check the scoring criteria in this document. linkThe first allocation of places will take place on July 14.

Registration for the 1st allocation list (From 10:00 a.m. on July 14 to 11:59 p.m. on July 16).

– If the allocated place is for a degree or double degree chosen as your first preference, you must enroll to avoid losing your place. If you don't, you will be excluded from the pre-registration process.

– If the awarded place is for a degree or double degree chosen as second or subsequent preferences DO NOT ENROLL during this period, so you can continue with the pre-registration process. You won't lose the spot you were awarded on this first list, and it's possible that, with the publication of the second list of spots, your position may improve with respect to better candidates.

If you enroll in a degree or double degree that you have chosen as your second or subsequent preference, you are automatically renouncing the places requested under higher preference and, therefore, you will lose the position you occupied on the waiting lists and will not be able to enroll in those other degrees.

Registration for the 2nd allocation list (From 10:00 a.m. on July 18 to 11:59 p.m. on July 22).

If you have obtained a place in any preference, you can register for the July 18-22 in the Bachelor's or Double Degree program where you have obtained a place. However, keep the following information in mind:

  • If the place awarded is for a Degree or Double Degree chosen as first preference You must register to avoid losing your place. If you don't, you'll be excluded from the pre-registration process and lose your place in this degree and all other degrees.
  • If you have obtained place in a Degree or Double Degree chosen as second or subsequent preferences you will be able to enroll and, in addition, You will maintain your position on the waiting lists of your top preferencesIf you decide not to enroll, you will lose your spot, but you will remain on the waiting list for your top choices. The list continues on July 24th and 25th, when vacant spots on the waiting list will be allocated.

Execution of the waiting list.

If you find yourself in waiting list In some official Bachelor's degree programs, remember that you can still obtain a place through the waiting list execution procedure. In some cases, you may be able to obtain successive place improvements for those who have enrolled, or not, in second or subsequent preferences during the enrollment period of the second allocation list, or who have not obtained a place.

IMPORTANT: The waiting lists for Double Degrees will be managed by the procedure for filling unforeseen vacancies (Article 19 of IAM 2025-26). Check this link.

This execution procedure will be carried out exclusively on the days July 24 and 25, 2025 in the following time slots, 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., through the link that will be enabled on this same page.

To do this you must access from the first time slot of the first day of execution, July 24, 2025, to find out if you have obtained a place and accept it, and so on in each time slot, until the end of the last time slot of the July 25, 2025In any given time zone, your situation may improve or remain the same.

If you choose to accept the new position, you must press the "Confirm" button, which will result in the cancellation of the previously completed registration (registration on the second list of places allocated) and the withdrawal of the confirmed place in a previous time slot, if applicable. By confirming the new place, you remain eligible for a new, more preferential place in subsequent time slots.

Failure to confirm will result in the waiver of the newly allocated spot, while retaining the previously held spot and/or the possibility of obtaining a new, more preferential spot in the following time slots.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE PLACE DOES NOT IMPLY ENROLLMENT IN THE DEGREE AWARDED IN THE WAITING LIST EXECUTION PROCEDURE, and this must be formalized between 10:00 a.m. on the 28th and 11:59 p.m. on the 29th of July 2025.

Frequently asked questions about pre-registration.

Registration for the list of places allocated for the September call (from 10:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on September 5)

The process of allocating places is organized in a single list of allocation of places and will grant the right to enrol to those who have obtained a place in any of the degrees indicated in their application, regardless of the order of preference:

Those who obtain a place in a degree chosen as a second or subsequent preference may enroll from 10:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. on September 5, Furthermore, they will retain their status on the waiting lists for the most preferred degrees. If they decide not to enroll during this period, they will lose their allocated place, although they will remain on the waiting lists for the most preferred degrees.

Those who have obtained a place in the studies chosen as their first preference must formalize their registration online. from 10:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. on September 5. Otherwise, they will be permanently excluded from the pre-registration and registration system.

Execution of waiting lists

If you are in waiting list for the extraordinary September call, We remind you that the day September 9 begins the execution of waiting listsIn this procedure, you may be offered vacant positions at your preferred times, during either of the two designated time slots (9:00 to 11:30 and 12:00 to 2:30).

To do this you must access from the first time slot (to 9:00 a.m. on September 9) and check if you've secured a spot. This will continue in each time slot, allowing you to improve your situation or stay the same.

If you choose to accept the new position, you must press the "Confirm" button, which implies the cancellation of the previously completed registration and the renunciation of a confirmed place in a previous time slot, if applicable, but you maintain the possibility of obtaining a new, more preferential place in the following time slots.

Failure to confirm will result in the resignation of the newly awarded position., keeping the one you previously had and/or the possibility of obtaining a new one with better preference in the following time slots.

Accepting a place in this procedure does not imply enrollment in the degree offered. You must complete your enrollment online on September 10 (from 10:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.).

Bachelor's Degrees WITH waiting list

Filling of unforeseen vacancies (until October 15, 2025)

Once the procedure for allocating places in ordinary and extraordinary calls for those degrees with a final waiting list has concluded, if vacancies arise, applicants on said list will be notified via the electronic site, according to the order established on the final waiting list, and will be given a period of 24 hours to confirm or reject their acceptance of the place.

The corresponding notification will be sent via the email address provided by interested parties during the pre-registration process.

Acceptance of the notification will not, under any circumstances, imply enrollment in the offered place. Students must register in person at the school's secretary's office within two business days.

IMPORTANT: You should check your email daily to confirm whether you have been offered a vacant place and that the deadlines indicated above have not expired. Waiting lists are not dynamic, so you should check with the registrar at the center where your degree is offered regarding the status of the waiting list.

Bachelor's Degrees WITHOUT waiting list with vacant places

In the Bachelor's degrees in which there are vacant places, after completing the ordinary and extraordinary pre-registration periods, those students who meet the university entrance requirements, You may apply for registration directly at the secretary's office of the center where the degree is taught.

Students must prove to the registrar that they meet the requirements for university admission.

Applications will be granted in strict order of presentation of the registration application.

This exceptional registration period will be open from September 18 to October 15, 2025, registration must be carried out through the procedure of general request from the electronic headquarters addressed to the Secretary of the Center where the degree is taught.
