The emergence of artificial intelligence, big data, digitalization, and other technologies presents challenges in terms of privacy, identity, equitable access, and digital security, while simultaneously opening up an unexplored field of opportunities. Undoubtedly, this unstoppable technological advance necessitates a rethinking of the framework for protecting the rights of children and adolescents through the review and, where necessary, modification of applicable national and international regulations. To this end, it is essential to analyze specific cases and propose solutions, ensuring that progress does not erode the essential values of the rule of law: ultimately, the dignity of all persons, and especially those who are entitled to protection due to their age.
